St John’s Christmas Spectacular kicked off advent in the most wonderful way, bringing the community together to enjoy a day of festive fun for all the family.
Our famous Santa’s grotto, legendary silent auction were joined by a Christmassy line up including the sprout speedway, festive mini market, puppet show, carol sing-a-long and Christmas dinner (even with a power cut) with all the trimmings.
Raising more than a whopping £5,000 for the running of the church, it was not only a magical day but also very important to ensure the church is warm, bright and welcoming all year round.
We want to thank all the volunteers, stall holders and guests who enjoyed our new take on the Christmas ‘not’ bazaar!
